Can you tell if the pool is leaking?

Not definitively. A visual inspection can flag evidence that suggests a leak, but confirming one takes dedicated leak-detection equipment and a specialist. If we see something, we will tell you what we saw and what it might mean.

Do you inspect the underground plumbing?

No. It is not visible and it is not accessible. We inspect the equipment pad and the visible runs.

Does the pool need to be running?

It helps a great deal. If the equipment is off or the pool has been drained, there is a limit to what can be assessed, and the report will say so.

Can I add this after booking?

Yes, as long as you tell us before inspection day so we can allow the time.
